Chef Surprise!

Residents were able to enjoy a tasty treat during dinner on Thursday, January 25th. The dining team prepared a delicious Shrimp & Scallop Ceviche. The cooked shrimp and scallops were marinated in a fresh lime broth and tomatoes, cilantro and avocado were added to complete the dish. The appetizer was garnished with crunchy tortilla chips. This was a yummy surprise for all of our Town Center residents.
