After Hurricane Irma came through our lovely community here at The Fountains, we wanted to thank our residents for making the experience as comfortable as possible. Chef Paul and dining services was able to provide a Chef Surprise for our residents to show our gratitude to them. A lovely preparation of mussels in a brandy cream sauce was presented to the residents as an appetizer to their meal. Chef Paul manned the cooking station at the front of the dining room and prepped everything as the residents were seated for dinner. Once everyone was seated at their tables, Chef Paul made a toast to the residents to thank them for their understanding and cooperation during the hurricane. We would once again like to thank all of the residents for the patience they exuded during this time!
