We were able to take a culinary adventure aboard the Fountains Titanic Tribute Dinner. Dining Services was able to take us through a Titanic inspired menu during this dinner. The residents taste buds were tingling with all of the amazing courses that were presented. The course included a chilled asparagus salad, roasted duck breast and shrimp mousse. Throughout the evening, Chef Paul was able to give the residents insight on the little hidden facts about the Titanic. Do you know how many fresh eggs were among the provisions? Our residents now know there were 40,000! This was another successful dinner experience for our residents.
