Farm-to-Table Dinner

Residents enjoyed a tour of Gamble Creek Farm, a certified organic and hydroponic farm in Parrish, FL, followed by an al fresco Farm-to-Table Dinner. Sunset Dinner

Town Center residents had a wonderful evening at Turtle Beach with music and dancing, an unforgettable dinner, and a stunning sunset. Dining Services prepared a four-course meal which featured shrimp cocktail, beach-side caesar salad, grilled tri-trip steak served with grilled sweet potato and asparagus. Residents toasted marshmallows for s'mores for dessert!

The two day Farm-to-Table event began with a resident trip to Phillippi Farmhouse Market, Sarasota's only farmers market that requires its vendors to be growers. The residents selected fresh-caught fish, fruits, vegetables, herbs, artisan bread and more!
