On June 8th, Chef Bryan Allen and Chef Paul Ebaugh surprised our Town Center residents with a special appetizer. Our residents mouths were watering once Chef Paul introduced the unexpected addition to the evenings menu. Decorating the plate was a delicately placed Foie Gras Pate (Goose Liver Pate) with two, crisp Toast Points, a dollop of Caviar, fresh Honeycomb and a drizzle of Cilantro Aioli. Everything was prepared perfectly! Our residents thought the surprise was a great introduction to another exquisite meal in our Dining Room. Everyone can’t wait to be awed and amazed by our chefs next surprise!
