Children’s First Christmas Visit

We rounded out 2017 with a visit from our local Children’s First group. Our very own Paul Ebaugh was able to dress in his full Santa Claus outfit to greet all of the children in true Christmas fashion.

Before meeting Santa, the children all gathered in the Mangrove Room for delicious cookies and juice. We colored Christmas pictures, sang many Christmas Carols and gave them the crocheted animals Mimi Welch made for them. Since everyone was in the full Christmas spirit, Santa came into the room belting “Ho Ho Ho” and “Merry Christmas” to continue spreading joy to all of the children.

As Santa made himself comfortable by the elegantly decorated Christmas tree, the children formed a line to see him. Santa made sure to ask each and every child if they were naughty or nice this year.

Once each child had visited with Santa and had their picture taken with him, Santa had to return to the North Pole. Before leaving, Santa made sure to fill the children’s bus with a present for each child from The Fountains. The joy and excitement of each child made an amazing end to this year.

Join us for our next Children’s First visit on February 7th for a Valentines Day celebration!
