JOSEPH BRUGH – EXECUTIVE CHEF
Executive Chef Joseph Brugh joins us at The Fountains with an impressive background, passion for excellence, eye for detail, and a taste for the finer things in life.
After graduating from Pittsburgh International Culinary Academy Le Cordon Bleu with a degree in culinary arts, Joseph accepted a position at Meridian Hills Country Club in Indianapolis, Indiana. Preparing high-end plates and catering to esteemed members introduced Joseph to the world of hospitality and strengthened his skills within fine dining. He continued to work in a country club setting, as Executive Chef in 2017 and Food and Beverage Director in 2018 before accepting his position as Executive Chef at The Fountains at Lake Pointe Woods in 2019.
Through his experience as a Food and Beverage Director and as a highly trained chef, Joseph knows both the ins and outs of dining services and food preparation. His appreciation for the arts comes to life in each one of his culinary creations, and we are most proud to work alongside him (and enjoy his delicious food) at our beautiful community.
