How can we entertain and spoil our residents even more?? How about inviting them to a lovely five course meal that would have them talking about it for weeks?! I believe that is exactly what we did! We prepared for our wonderful residents a night that they will always remember. We started the evening off with happy hour where we served beer, wine, various cheeses, shrimp cocktail and crudité. Then for the meal we served oyster rockefeller, clams and mussels as a appetizer, soup was new england clam chowder, watermark salad, main entrée we prepared broiled lobster tail with melted butter, seared scallops, new potatoes and carrots. And for dessert… s’mores lava cake. We also made sure to surprise them with live music as they enjoyed their meal! SUCCESSFULL AS ALWAYS!
